What’s better than earning incentive money on your business new construction project? Getting bonus incentive money, of course.

We’re currently offering a lighting bonus of $100 per 1,000 square feet to anyone who applies to the Business New Construction program with a qualifying project. The bonus is in effect for applications received through October 30, 2013, for equipment to be installed by December 31, 2013, and it’s open to anyone installing interior lighting systems that are at least 20% more efficient than energy code specifies into a new building, an addition, or a gut rehab.

You might already qualify for the bonus—especially if you’ve been preparing for a prescriptive or custom lighting incentive—but if your upgrade doesn’t quite meet the specifications, we can certainly help get you there.
